Voice of EPOS Japanese session at ECR (2019)
The European Congress of Radiology (ECR) 2019 was held in Vienna, Austria from February 27 to March 3, 2019, and President Nakazawa and Director Kodama participated from the Society.
The Radiographers' Lounge was set up for the first time at ECR2019, and the ISRRT booth as well as the JART booth were also set up.
On February 28 and March 1, the first Japanese sessions (VoE-130 and VoE-139) of the Voice of EPOS were held, and on both days, President Nakazawa chaired the sessions and Japanese radiologists presented their research.

Report on Participation in the 52nd Academic Congress of the Medical Radiology Society of the Republic of China (2019)
The 52nd Annual Meeting of the Taiwan Society of Radiological Technologists (TWSRT) and the International Conference of Medical Imaging (The 52nd Annual Meeting of the Taiwan Society of Radiological Technologists (TWSRT) and the International Conference of Medical Radiology) was held at Zhongshan Medical University in Taichung City on March 9 and 10, 2019, with a total of 28 participants from Japan, including Vice President Sano and Director Kodama from the Society and students from Suzuka University of Medical Science, Komazawa University and Japan Health Sciences University.
The TWSRT held a symposium on the current status and future perspective of Japanese license and education for radiological technologists in each country. Vice President Sano gave a presentation titled "Current status and future perspective of Japanese license and education for radiological technologists".

The 22nd AACRT will be held (2019)
The 22nd Asia-Australasia Conference of Radiological Technologists (AACRT) was held March 29-31, 2019, at the Adelaide Convention Centre in Australia.
AACRT2019 was held in the form of a Joint Conference with the national conference of the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT), and attracted about 200 foreign Approximately 1,000 participants, including about 200 non-Japanese from 14 countries, attended the conference. 14 people from Japan, including President Nakazawa, Director Shinohara, and Director Kodama, also attended the conference.

ESR Michael Fuchsjäger, First Vice President and officers of the Society conduct a meeting (2019)
A meeting with First Vice President Michael Fuchsjäger of the European Society of Radiology (ESR) was held at Pacifico Yokohama on April 12, 2019, and four members from the Society attended: President Nakazawa, Vice President Sano, Vice President Kumashiro and Director Kodama.
The 27th Annual Congress of the Thai Society of Radiologic Technologists (TSRT) and the 7th Asian Radiotherapy Symposium (ARTS) will be held in Thailand (2019)
The 27th Thai society of Radiological Technologist (TSRT) and the 7th Asia Radiation Therapy Symposium (ARTS) were held at the Ambassador Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, from April 24 to 26, 2019, with 16 participants from Japan, including Dr. Kodama, Director of the Society.
2019 Indonesia & Malaysia MRI education courses report (2019)
On August 3-4, 2019, educational lectures on MRI technology were held at the Harris Suites fx Sudirman Hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia and the National Cancer Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as part of the "Asia Fund" support program for Southeast Asian countries, and Director Eda of the Society gave a support lecture, as he did last year.

The International Accreditation Board for Specialty Radiologic Technologists (IABSRT) Board of Directors meeting was held on September 27, 2019, in Jeju, Korea, with two members from the Society, Vice President Sano and Director Kodama.
The 54th Annual Conference of the Korean Radiologists Association (KRTA) and the 26th East Asia Conference on Academic Exchange (EACRT) will be held (2019)

The 19th International Academic Congress of the Association of Medical Radiologists of the Republic of China will be held (2019)
The 19th Annual Meeting and 2019 TAMRT International Forum (19th International Academic Conference of the Republic of China Association of Medical Radiologists) was held at Taipei Veterans General Hospital on November 3, 2019, with approximately 1,400 participants, including about 70 foreigners from 10 countries, mainly from the Asian region, attending the academic conference, which was also attended from Japan by Dr. Kodama, Director of the Society.
